Our team of highly skilled, experienced and qualified Trainers, Assessors and internal verifiers will help you, the learner in your training needs.

The Quality Assurance Team monitors and maintains the Centre's systems and procedures to ensure that you receive the best standards of training and assessment, in line with the requirements of the Awarding Body. The Centre actively promotes Equal Opportunities and fair access to assessment.

Cactus Training also offers support, training and workshops for individuals and companies. Such workshops are Care Planning, Communication and Record Keeping, Infection Control, Dementia Awareness and many more.
